We select our raw materials very carefully. We use thermoplastics made by first class manufacturers in the chemicals industry. When we choose ferrite powders, we impose strict requirements on particle size, molecular structure and magnetic properties.
Mr. Max Baermann invented the first plastic bonded magnet in 1934 in Germany. His company Max Baermann GmbH was the first company in the world to make flexible magnetic strips and sheets and has been making these products for over 4 decades. Max Baermann GmbH possesses tremendous experience and the most professional technology of making flexible magnets. Polyflex Magnets Ltd. is an associated company of Max Baermann GmbH. Our know-how was transferred from Max Baermann GmbH.
Our most sophisticated and state-of-the-art production equipment, including magnetizing fixtures, cutting equipment etc., are designed by Max Baermann GmbH and are made in Germany.

2) that can easily be "laid flat" and are completely free of waviness,
